1024013726 2014-01-10 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. A locked, wooden fence surrounded the well. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and separator. The dike met containment requirements. There was a lock and plug on the load line. An identification sign was properly posted. All of the production equipment spacing was incompliance. The lease road was in good condition with a locked gate at the entrance. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
