1351486077 2013-09-18 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery contained two, 100 barrel production tanks, a short, 50 barrel brine tank, a vertical separator, and a horizontal separator. The tank battery location was share with permit number 2-0047; owned by Eric Petroleum. The dike was weathered on the south end and not capable of meeting containment requirements. There were plugs on the load lines. An identification sign was posted on the tank. The lease road was in good, working condition with a locked gate at the entrance. Rick Huffman of Eric Petroleum stated their company would repair the dike.
