The owner, George Hehn reported that he too over this well and the SVEC 2 this year, and will make sure the annual reports are filed as required. I also told Mr. Hehn that the contact phone number on the ID placard needs to be updated to a working number.

Phone call to company talked with Tim pumper he was out on Monday working on well there was no unexplained sounds on that day and no evidence on charts of any unexplained sounds or problems with the well. Inspected well site on Tuesday found wells on line checked charts they had no spikes of pressure noted Case # 10-012 Case closed

The well is currently in production with a pump jack unit inside a locked chain-link enclosure. The tank battery is comprised of 2 210-barrel production tanks and 2 50-barrel brine tanks, and 2 separator units in a chain-link enclosure. ID placards are present at the battery and the entry gate. The battery is shared with the SVEC #2 unit. Safety features per 1501:9-9-05E are present. Annual production reports for 2009, 2011, and 2012 are missing. The missing reports shall be filed within 30 days. NONEC
