-1498181147 2012-11-26 I completed an urban production well follow-up inspection. My inspection found the proper identification sign posted. There were new locks and chains on both fence gates.
160389479 2012-10-31 My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. It was surrounded by a chain link fence with no lock. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence with the gate door wide open and no lock. It contained one, 210 barrel production tank, one, 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The identification sign had the wrong permit number. The phone number listed for Dietrich Charitable Trusts was a fax number. I contacted the well tender at 330-506-8085 and requested the identification sign be updated and place locks on the fence gates. Also, I requested updated information on the well owner and production records for 2011.
