288665643 2012-07-05 On 7/5/2012, I completed a production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well was a plunger lift unit (rabbit) that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one 100 oil/brine storage tank and a separator, with the proper identification posted. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was in good condition and shared by permit numbers 2-3785, 2-3786, and 2-3771. I reviewed the production records in our database and found no production information. I called Annarock at 330-637-8991 and left a message requesting information on the production history. I will perform a follow-up inspection by 7/13/2012.
