560805812 2014-06-30 Inspected production well on 06/30/2014. The tank battery consists of 3-100 bbl steel tanks and an underground brine vault located within an earthen dike. A slight accumulation of oil/paraffin was noted on the top of the brine vault that will need to be cleaned up. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is posted for several wells producing into it, but this well is not listed. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. A small amount of paraffin was noted in the area immediately around the wellhead that will need to be cleaned up. Jason Klauss with Harley Drilling was notified of these issues and will address them as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
