-390269866 2014-03-05 Compliance Action Follow-up 1927425173: CORRECTION: I have been informed that the tanks in question are owned by Petroquest and are from wells that were plugged some time ago. Larry Berringer plans on removing and restoring this battery in the near future.
-559795510 2013-08-30 I talked to Jim from Killbuck Creek this morning and he stated they have to remove the old tank. He stated it was empty and he will post an id on the plastic tank. He will also have someone remove the contamination from the dike.
-738632069 2013-12-02 Compliance Action Follow-up 1927425173: There was a hunter with camper right next to the tank battery. I will come back in few weeks to do a proper follow-up inspection.
1927425173 2013-08-28 This was only an inspection of the tank battery. The tank appears to have a small leak due to a puddle of brine and crude at the backside. There is evidence the dike may have had more due to the scald area in the dike. I called and left a message with the owner concerning the issues. Operator must remove all contamination from within the dike and repair or replace the tank. 8/29/2013: Jim called back and will address the issues. 9-9-05(A)10
