987564380 | 2013-03-19 | Follow up to 1904828552. The valves from the 4 1/2" production casing to sales were open. The valves on the tubing were closed. The pumping unit had become over grown with vegetation and was not equipped with a power source. No identification posted at the well or tank. The empty 100 barrel steel tank was inside a dike that had roughly 3" of fluid across the bottom. Roughly a quart of oil had leaked from the bottom seal of the tank in to the dike and solidified across the bottom in dry weather. There was no sheen on the water. The water was field tested and found to have significantly less than 32 ppm Chloride content. |
