1087950863 2013-01-16 My inspection found the well equipped with a swab well. The tank battery was surrounded by a dike with a 4" PVC drain pipe and threaded cap. It contained one, short boy, 100 barrel oil/brine storage tank with the proper identification sign. The lease road was in good condition and shared by permit number 2-0052 and 2-0397. The production records were up to date on our database. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
