-1264495427 2014-02-10 I was on site to witness the cementing of the 20 inch conductor casing. My inspection revealed that Precision Rathole has drilled a 26 inch hole to a total depth of 120 feet and ran 120 feet of 20 inch casing (94 pounds per foot / inside diameter is 19.124 inches). Allied cemented the conductor casing with 278 sacks of Class "A" 2% CaCl and 1/2 pound per sack floseal. The cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon, a yield of 1.18 cubic feet per sack, and they used 5.23 gallons of mix water per sack. Allied pumped 58.4 barrels of cement, 39 barrels of displacement, and there was 5 barrels of cement returns to surface. My inspection revealed no violations at this time.
1397570913 2014-04-04 I was on location witness the cementing of 13.375" conductor casing. Schlumberger pumped 25 barrels of Gel Spacer followed by 10 barrels of water. They pumped 636 sack of Class A cement. Displace with 75 barrels of water. 33 barrels of cement returned to surface. Plug landed at 300 psi. bumped plug to 800 psi and held for 5 minutes.
