-244085257 2013-02-12 My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. It was surrounded by a chain link fence with the gate lying on the well. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank with the proper dike. It was surrounded by a chain link fence with no lock. The heat treated separator had the correct spacing. It was surrounded by a chain link fence with no lock. The proper identification sign was posted. The lease road was in good condition and shared with permit number 3565. The production records were up to date on our database. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. I called Larry Lower at 216-570-8708. I instructed him to repair the fence gate and install locks on all of the fences.
