-87436847	2013-02-26		The well is capable of producing. It is tied into 1" gas line which ties in with well #24042 back up behind the house. The wellhead is a 2" tubing which runs down around 6' inside a wooden barrel/casing. There is a disconnected production line which runs in opposite direction and a disconnected empty white plastic tank. I could not find any other tanks associated with this well. I called and left a message with Jamie Metcalf regarding the issues. Operator needs to post proper identification and needs to get production up to date. 5/3/2013: Operator is current on production, however production is being reported as zero.		9-9-05(A)10

2082605235	2014-01-21		I talked to Jamie Metcalf and she stated the well is not currently producing and cannot find any service company to help her take care of the well. I gave her Knox Energy's contact info and she said she will let me know when she gets the well back into production.
289152821	2014-05-12		Compliance Action Follow-Up -87436847: Jamie called and state her and Wayne Southall are heading to the well to cleanup acces road and well locations. She will get identifications posted and has stated they have gone missing in the past. She will try and get a hold of Kenny Wright again to see if the well can be put back in production. She will call me Thursday.
