| -1355978710 | 2012-11-30 | I received an idle well complaint from landowner Rod Goedel on 11/28/12 concerning two wells on his property. On the day of my inspection I met with Mr. Goedel to look at the wells. I found that the well head was equipped with a swedge and shut in. The flow line was not connected. The tank battery consisted of one 100 barrel stock tank. There was no separator, no meter or chart. Proper identification was posted. I have a current plugging permit for this well that was issued to MFC Drilling on 2/21/12. The well changed ownership to Elephant Exploration on 11/26/12. The well needs to show valid production or be plugged. | NONE_ | |||

| 1985310531 | 2013-04-26 | On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped as a swab well. The lines were connected and the valves open. The tank was diked and proper identification was posted. I received documentation showing that 17.5 barrels of oil were swabbed from this well on 4/23/13. This satisfies the requirements for commercial production. This violation is resolved. |
