-2077858873 2008-01-02 I received a call from Don Froelich with Dominion East Ohio, reporting a gas odor 500' north of the intersection between River Styx Road and Blake Road in Guildford Township. The leak is attributed to the sales line from the MacKenzie well. I called Andrew King who said that he was aware of the problem and had a contractor scheduled to uncover and repair the line on 1/03. 9-10-04
1901420139 2014-05-13 Inspected production well on 05/13/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-50 bbl steel tank and a vertical separator located within an earthen dike. The well is equipped with a pump jack with a gas-powered motor. Oil and paraffin around the wellhead needs cleaned up. Well identification is clearly displayed at both the tank battery and the wellhead. Andrew King with King Drilling was notified of the need for clean-up and will address it as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
