-1498313637 2008-04-18 Inspection this day found well still idle. I would write violation but probably wouldn't accomplish anything. Well has still not been put in his name. No ID's but Rob says it is his. HE got it from L. Bowersock. MIKE - add well to his bond, please!
-1553345579 2010-04-01 Inspection this day with Sup. Stonerock, found well with jack, good ID's, capable of producing, tank still not ready, no ID's. Oily spot on ground near tank where tank has been flipped to repair bottom, needs cleaned up.
-206618013 2009-05-19 Inspection this day found well with jack tied into gas/production line. Questionable that it is capable of producing - valve somewhere could be shut. Obvious by high weeds in trail, around well that no one has been to wells this year, probably a lot longer. No ID's found, only 1 100 bbl tank left - other 2 have been removed by Rob Armstrong and oil emptied on ground, in small pit when he picked them up. Oil still there after 2+ years when found at last inspection - at that time, asked Rob to get cleaned up and lease running - he admits to owning it. Wells need added to Rob's bond, annual production needs turned in. Pictures. 9-1-07

-891904664 2009-05-26 Rob Armstrong called to clarify requirements for ID's at wells and tanks. Says he will have all up in about a week.
1059718543 2010-05-07 Inspection this day found well producing with jack, good ID's at well and tank, good dike/pit, information has been provided to Columbus to register well to his bond.
1688889473 2010-02-11 Meet with Rob Armstrong, his wife Cindy, and Rob Stonerock at the Forest Service conference room in Marietta. Discuss his Chief's Orders, what he has to do to comply and how to do it. He feels he can have these 2 Harrington wells producing by 30-day deadline, will have to file appeal for the Courtney and Schlarb leases for more time. Says he is selling gas from 3 Courtney wells and has brought proof of Gatherco checks and accounting of landowner royalties paid. Al going into one meter on Roberts Run Rd - showed that Courtney Lease makes about 50 mcf/mo from the 4 wells. As no valves, no check valves, cannot dispute and says compressor making sales from the lease possible. Says he has sold all timber to "chipping" company in northern Ohio so can't remove the dead trees still standing from the brine kill - "they are not his". Had sent transfer form to Columbus - received on 2/11/10 - but without leases of other proof of the ownership of wells so won't go on his bond until he provides proof which says he will do. Congenial meeting leaving us with hope that he will cooperate and continue to try and follow the rules. Other leases with NOV's were discussed, that do not have Chief Orders at this time and Rob gave a commitment to remedy violations on them also.
1762470805 2007-05-25 Inspection this day found well not capable of producing, has jack but pump parts laying beside the well. Tank may have hole, mess around it, no ID's. Will ask to clean up before giving NOV.
844927025 2010-02-03 Inspection this day found no change in idle well, ID's now up at well showing Rob Armstrong is operator. Sales line cut in several places between tank and well. Picture.
