-1937449069 2013-06-11 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The annulus valve is closed. The well and tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The production tank vent is plumbed into a 55 gallon charcoal filter. Then it is plumbed up to a spark arrestor. The proper identification is located on the tank battery and the wellhead. The lease road is in stable condition.

There is a lot of over flow from the road construction. In areas there is an extra 2 to 3 feet of base material. Tank battery is landscaped. One poly tank and one 100BBL tank, mechanical separator in battery. Well head and tank battery man doors are locked. Charcoal filter and spark arrestor are in place. 6 foot fence with three strands of barbed wire around tank battery and well head. Gate at the head of the lease road.
