-728505138 | 2014-07-10 | Inspected production well on 07/10/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-50 bbl steel tank and 1-vertical separator located within an earthen dike. A very small leak was noted at the tank piping that will need to be repaired. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (2); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with a gas-powered motor. A small amount of paraffin was noted in the area immediately around the wellhead that will need to be cleaned up. No well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. Andrew King with King Drilling was notified of these issues and will address them as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection. |
