-342820975 2012-12-04 I performed a follow-up status check. My inspection found the proper dike installed around the 100 and 50 barrel tanks. The leak at the well head was repaired.
1982319230 2012-10-18 I conducted an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit with a gas leak at the packing nut between the 4.5" and 8.6" casings. The tank battery had no dike and contained one, 100 barrel oil storage tank, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, a separator, and the proper identification sign. The lease road was in good working condition. I called Larry Lower of Enervest Operating at 216-570-8708. I asked for a dike to be installed around the tank battery and for the gas leak to be repaired.
