1169133523 2012-04-24 On 4/24/2012, I completed a production well inspection status check for DNR Inspector Chris Grimm. This well shares a lease road with permit number 2-1491. My inspection found the well head was a 4" x 2" direct flow line that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one 50 barrel oil/brine storage tank with the proper identification posted and no separator. I noticed no spills or leaks. The lease road was in good condition and there are no violation at this time.
1186426431 2007-08-06 I performed a random well inspection. GPS'd both the well and tank battery. ID signs posted. Tank battery in good shape. I found no violations at this time.
1383379252 2004-03-04 The tank battery consists of 1-50 bbl storage tank and a low dike.
569321005 2013-10-10 I performed a status check on the above location. There is one 50 barrel tank. This well is a 2" tubing swab well. ID signs are posted. No violations were noted at this time.
