-1528972997 2010-11-09 Well is shut in. There is a barren spot around the well head approximately 2 feet in diameter. Bubbling was audible through the soil. There is a possibility of a 4.5 inch casing. Will be meeting the pumper on location 11/10/2010 to asses the 4.5 inch casing. There has been no production report since 1997. Well either needs plugged or produced.
1429899048 2014-01-23 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery is surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of two 100 BBL production tanks, a 50 BBL poly brine tank, and three mechanical separators. The well has not had production reported for it since 1997. The proper identification is located on the tank battery and the wellhead. The lease road is in stable condition. The tank battery and well are being shared with permit numbers 2-0340 and 2-1109.
