1372857863 2013-06-25 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. It was surrounded by a locked chain link fence. The tank battery contained two, short, 100 barrel production tanks, one, 75 barrel brine tank, and two separators. There were plugs on all of the load lines. The tank battery was surrounded by a locked chain link fence and a concrete dike that was capable of meeting containment requirements. The proper identification signs were posted at the well and tank battery. A 7 day production chart was located at the separator. The proper safety equipment was installed. There was no lease road; the tank battery and wellhead were located in a paved parking lot. The tank battery was shared with permit numbers 2-3967 and 2-3962.
