458818379 | 2014-01-10 | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was capable of production and was equipped with a pumping unit, 2 inch tubing and rods. Production records were up to date, the identification was faded and a small amount of oil at the wellhead. LLP was advised of findings. Mark Clark called me back and stated that the area would be cleaned up and the identification would be updated. |
