-1574214290 | 2005-04-27 | Electric line repair and soil clean up around stock tank are in progress. A backhoe is on location.
-1831444695 | 2011-08-30 | FOLLOW UP TO NOV # 1989566892 See Complaint # 11-010. I received a complaint call from Brian Oberlin (330-705-0447) regarding pollution and contamination at this site. I inspected the site and met with Denver Belknap on location. Instructed him to clean up and remove the oil stained soil from around the wellhead, cut the overgrown vegetation from around the tank battery dike, and post a legible I.D. sign on the stock tank. Denver's son-in-law, Dan, was also on-site for this meeting.
-861167583 | 2005-03-28 | Repair the electric line to the pumpjack that is sagging and down on the ground. Remove the 2 trees that are down on the line. Place an I.D. sign at the pumpjack and remove the empty 210 bbl stock tank near the pumpjack. Clean up the stained soil from around the wellhead. The last reported production for this well was in 2001. The well appears idle. Plug or produce it. There is a 100 bbl stock tank with no I.D., a separator, and a brine vault located along the lease road. This may be for another well. I.D. the stock tank and clean up the stained soil from around the base of the 100 bbl stock tank. I left a message for Denver Belknap (330-868-7766) on 3-29-05. | 9-1-07

1116982882 | 2005-05-24 | Old stock tank has been removed. Electric line has been placed back on the poles. Stained soil still has to be cleaned up from around the wellhead and from around the 100 bbl stock tank. Still need I.D. sign on 100 bbl.
1395855163 | 2014-03-26 | I was on location to follow up to NOV #1989566892 and complaint #3305. During my inspection I found an electric driven pump jack well with proper I.D, SPCC dike and no oil contamination or leaks. The tank battery consisted of a 100 bbl production tank, unused brine vault, SPCC dike and proper I.D. signage. The lease road is stable and maintained. The dike has been cleared of the spilled oil and the brush around the tank battery has been cleared. This complaint and compliance notice can be closed.
