1339686238 2012-06-14 I inspected this location with Will Ziegler. We met at the Mark Stack residence and reviewed the location of the future lease road and well location. The well location is not on Mark Stacks property but located rather on the property to the north. There is a wooded stake with a flag on it indicating the well location. They have not begun drilling the well nor have they begun building location. They have an active drilling permit that has been issued. Mark Stack verbally admitted to failing to give written notification to landowners that are located within 500 feet of the future well. He has since given written notification to all landowners within 500 feet. The neighbor to the west of Stacks property is the Harris property. We spoke with Angela Harris concerning the complaint that she called in to the Columbus office. She indicated verbally that while she was not notified initially she has since received written notification from the Stacks. We have informed the Stacks of their legal obligation to provide written notification to all landowners within 500 feet of proposed well location. Additionally, they are not to begin well drilling or any site construction until 7am on Wednesday, June 20, 2012. They have verbally agreed to do this. A written copy of this Compliance Notice was hand delivered on Thursday, June 14, 2012. NONE9
