1378991331 2013-04-27 I inspected this well on 4/27/2013. The last reported production was from the year 2001. The tank battery consisted of a 100 Bbl. Stock tank, 25 Bbl. Steel brine tank , 2408 Separator, an American Orifice gas measurement meter. I did not observe any leaks or spills at the tank battery, but was overgrown with vegetation. The chart on the gas meter had not been changed in years. The required I.D. information was out of date. The wellhead consisted of 4.5" casing with a 1.5" tubing string and operated as a Plunger Lift System ( Rabbit ). A domestic gas hook-up was present but impossible to determine if it was in use. All valves and fittings appeared leak free and were shut-in.
