1111223178 2014-01-13 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The dike was weathered and not capable of meeting containment requirements. There was a plug on the load line. An identification sign was properly posted. There was a 16 day production chart in the separator. All of the production equipment spacing was incompliance. The lease road was in good condition. I called Larry, the field supervisor for Enervest. I instructed Larry to repair the dike to meet containment requirements. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
