| -1019462596 | 2013-06-14 | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The annulus valve was open to a pop off valve that was plumbed into the production tank. The well and tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The vent off of the production tank is plumbed into a 55 gallon charcoal filter and then up into a spark arrestor. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. | ||||

Operator has topsoil stockpiles northeast corner of affected area and south west corner. Silt fence has been installed south, southeast and south west side of site. Operator installed a diversion ditch west side of the lease road. Requested that silt fence and straw bails be installed in the ditch to prevent erosion and sedimentation into the road ditch. Requested that snow with #2 diesel on it be cleaned up. Area is not a flood plain, flood plain permit conditions were waived 11-03-2008 by me, after consult with Geauga Soil and Water. | ||||
