1147093632 2013-10-21 The producing unit consists of a mechanical plunger lift unit and above-ground storage tank (AST) battery. The battery is comprised of 1 140-barrel steel production tank, 1 50-barrel brine tank, and separator unit. Load-outs are locked. ID placard and secondary containment are good. The wellhead and battery are enclosed in separate chain-link fences. No problems noted.

1333458147 2012-03-19 My inspection today found the well site in good repair, but the identification sign is bleached out and is not legible. I contacted Ralph Gregory and notified him to repair/replace the identification sign.
477730684 2012-04-30 On 4/30/2012, I completed an urban production well inspection status check for DNR Inspector Tom Hill. My inspection found the well head was a plunger lift unit (rabbit) surrounded by a chain link fence with the proper identification posted. The lease road is in good condition and part of the land owners driveway. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil storage tank, one 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator surrounded by a chain link fence with the proper identification posted. I noticed no visible leaks or spills. There are no violations at this time.
