903437489 | 2014-05-09 | Inspected production well on 05/09/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-210 bbl steel tank and a vertical separator. Well identification is posted, but the API Number listed is incorrect. Small leaks were noted from the valve on the tank and the separator. The well is equipped with a wellhead with a threaded swedge, T, and plug. Andrew King with King Drilling was notified of the leaks and the identification issue and will address it as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection. |
