-1006418370 2007-11-29 Dow Bowman rig was running the 7 inch surface casing in the hole and dropped the pipe string. All but two joints were in the hole. The top of the string was a 80 feet below surface. They requested to cement the hole and skid the rig. I requested that they fish out the pipe because the Berea was open to the fresh water.
1060048103 2007-11-30 I witnessed the recovery of the 7 inch surface string that was dropped last evening. Also, I witnessed the cementing of the new 7 inch surface string.
1321626873 2011-11-09 An inspection revealed that the Preliminary Restoration meets ORC 1509.072. The well is situated on a location designated as an agricultural field. A GPS reading was obtained for the well and tank location. The well was equipped and showed signs of production.
