High Range Quantabs placed in a pocket of fluid revealed 4 units, which equal 733 ppm (mg/L) Cl-. No identification observed at the well, as tank battery is shared with additional wells on this lease. The well owner was verbally instructed by telephone to remove all contaminated material and establish vegetative growth. NONE3
