1908688990 2014-05-06 Inspected production well on 05/06/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-50 bbl steel tank and a vertical separator located within an earthen dike. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is posted for both wells, however only one permit number is listed. An old 100 bbl steel tank that is not hooked up is outside of the diked area. The landowners requested that it be removed, which was relayed to Andrew King with King Drilling. The well is equipped with a wellhead with a threaded swedge, T, and pressure gauge. No identification was posted at the wellhead. Andrew King was also notified of this issue, and will address it as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
