1559586184 2012-06-12 On 6/12/2012, I conducted an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well was a plunger lift unit (rabbit) with no identification posted and the gate was propped against the inside fence. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil storage tank, with the proper identification posted, two burried concrete brine tanks and a separator. I call Parrot Energy (330-637-0151) and told them to fix the gate and install the proper identification sign on the well head as required by Ohio Regulation 1501:9-9-5. I will conduct a follow-up inspection by 6/25/2012.
913781796 2012-06-27 On 6/27/2012, I completed a follow-up inspection. My inspection found the well has the proper identification post, the fence gate has been reinstalled, and locked. Inspection passed.
