750285020 | 2012-12-19 | I inspected the Main EF 1 (34151226950000) site on December 19, 2012. My inspection was a follow up to the Notice of Violation (NOV) issued on August 5, 2008. I found the same conditions noted on the previous inspection. The well is idle and there is no ID sign on the tank battery. The electric line supplying power to the pumping unit is sagging from the poles. The power supply to the pumping unit has been shut off at the house. I called Brian Levengood and discussed the condition of the well and that he needs to apply for a plugging permit. Mr. Levengood stated he would complete the application for a plugging permit and will plug the well in the spring of 2013. |
