417146378 2013-04-27 This well is not plugged but a plugging report was filed by the Operator using the wrong API number. I inspected this well on 4/27/2013. The last reported production was listed as 2005. Bob Worstall last inspected this well on 8/19/2005 and no corrective measures have taken place. I found the tank battery to consist of 1- 210 Bbl. Stock tank, 1- 30 Bbl. Plastic brine tank , 1- 2408 Separator with Gas Measurement Meter ( old chart ). No leaks were observed at the tank battery at this inspection. The well consisted of a Pumping Jack ( Model 40 ) and associated valving and plumbing. No leaks were observed at the wellhead during this inspection. The pump jack was missing an electric motor and thus inoperative. Domestic gas equipment was present but not utilized. Both areas were fenced and locked.
