The operator needs to remove damaged tank, remove and properly dispose of impacted soil, spread lime and correctly construct the tank containment. They also need to post proper well identification and to report 2010 annual production. I notified the well owner that clean-up needed to start in next several days and to contact me with further questions. 10/11/11 - Inspection found spill has been cleaned up and proper identification was posted.
