1363008159 2013-03-11 Received call from EPA emergency response operator Wade Belser stating they had receivd call over the weekend on 3/10 from citizen concerning an oil leak across street from 2323 McCoy Rd. Wayne County Wooster Township. The well in question is the Keslar #2 owned by Enervest Operating. I found leak along lease road after speaking with Mr. John Orr the person who farms the land, approximately 100 feet off highway and 3 feet off lease road. Area effected by leak is about 4 feet diameter. Contacted Tim McConaha and Bill Gallatin of Enervest. They have a crew responding to repair leak and clean up oil. Received call from pumper at 2:30 PM, repair has been made. Will check on it in morning. 3/12/13: Have inspected area of flowline break, and the repair appears to be holding. Small amount of oil on ground from break has been removed and everything appears normal.
