1184929921 2007-07-19 I performed a random field inspection. ID signs posted. Tank battery in good shape. I found no violations at this time.
1899616645 2010-11-29 I performed a NOV follow-up. The steel line has not been installed. I called Joe Glista(330-720-8139). He stated that he is going to wait until next summer to get the paraffined oil out of the stock tank. He will not be heating this stock tank up in the future. This NOV is resolved.
1971597117 2010-11-09 At 9:15AM I received a call from the Canfield Fire Dept. Chief Tichece. He went out this morning on a fire by the stock tank. Energy Resources was heating there stock tank with a garden hose. No damage was done. I arrived on the scene and found that there was a garden hose run from the separator to the stock tank. I called Joe Glista(330-720-8137). He said he was out there when the fire dept called him. I gave him a verbal NOV for not having the right equipment to do the job. I needed this to be fixed. He was in Pennsylvania and would be back late this afternoon. I told him to call me so we can talk at the location. We met later that afternoon. He will check with the Canfield Fire Dept. to see if they have any laws about heating of stock tanks. He will install a steel line to the stock tank and call me when it is done. He thinks he will wait till this next summer to get the oil out of the tank. This NOV continues. 9-1-07
