-374582895 2006-02-02 Well is equipped with pump jack, rods and tubing and is in production. Located 300' NW of school. Well and tanks are fenced. HB 278 area. Sun, 44 degrees.
1407023550 2014-07-17 Inspected production well on 07/17/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-vertical separator, and 1-underground brine vault within an earthen dike. The diked area is loocated within a locked metal fence. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (2); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor located within a locked metal fence. Well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
