-1762415442 2010-12-21 I performed a random field inspection. I GPS'd both the tank battery and the wellhead for the first time. I continued to walk around both the wellhead and the tank battery. This inspection satisfies 1501:9-9-05. There were no violations at this time.
-1948273581 2012-02-13 I conducted an inspection on this site to follow up on the request to repair dike around tank battery. The dike was repaired. No violations at this time.
316146374 2012-01-27 I conducted a status check on this site and found that the well is equipped with a plunger lift system and connects to a tank battery that consists of one 100 barrel stock tank and a separator. There was no brine storage tank. The thief hatch was closed and there was a bull plug installed in the draw valve. The dike was free of vegetation and debris. Proper identification was posted. I found no leaks or spills at the well head or the tank battery. I took new GPS coordinates of the well head and tank battery. No violations at this time.
