1157245177 2012-12-03 I completed an urban production well inspection. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was surrounded by a chain link fence with an identification sign and lock. The well head was located east of the tank battery between the ball field and playground. The tank battery location was shared by permit number 2-0418 and surrounded by a chain link fence with a lock. It contained two, 100 barrel production tanks with a lock and bull plug on the load line and an identification sign. The separator was outside the diked tank battery surrounded by a locked chain link fence with an identification sign. The lease road was a pull-off as part of a one-way road that goes around the park. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. There are no violations at this time.
