689856223 | 2013-08-20 | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The ring that holds the packing seals in for between the 8.625" casing and the 4.5" casing has rusted off and needs repaired. The annulus valve is open. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 35 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The 35 BBL brine tank has rusted through and needs to be removed from the tank battery. The dike around the tank battery needs repaired. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. I contacted Larry Lauer a supervisor with Enervest about the issues. |
