1345122884 2012-08-16 On 8/16/2012, I conducted a follow-up inspection status check. My inspection found the proper identification posted. Inspection passed.
2089176470 2012-06-12 On 8/14/2012, I completed an urban production well inspection status check. The well shares a lease road with permit number 2-2290. My inspection found the well was equipped with a plunger lift unit (rabbit) that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil/brine storage tank, a separator and faded identification. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. I called Rocky of Annarock Petroleum (330-307-7194) and asked him to post a new identification sign. 9-9-05(A)10
