The well was equipped with 4.5 inch casing; 1.5 inch tubing and a plunger lift system. Valves were closed on the tubing & casing. Identification is present at the well and the tank. I made call to Snider Oil & Gas and left message on their machine advising them that the well needs to be plugged and to return my call. | ||||

I stated that the State does not have a form 7 on file for the transfer and they are the owners of record and that the well needed to be plugged. She stated that she would be in contact with Dan Lehigh attorney for Cargis LLC current property owners to correct the ownership. |
