209893266 2012-10-31 I completed an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit surrounded by a chain link fence and pine trees with the proper identification sign. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence, a dike, and contained two, 100 barrel oil storage tanks, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, two separators, and two, identification signs on the fence. The lease road and tank battery was shared by permit number 2-3637. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. There are no violations at this time.
