1345039367 2012-08-15 Inspected the Shaw Creek Farms #1 as part of a standard productive well status check. The well is pumping by a duel source propane/gas Churchill pump jack. The well pad is rocked and free of excess oil contamination. The storage consists of two 210 barrels tanks (#144743 & #144744) a small separator and a metal brine tank all set in a diked gravel lined pad. The well identification is clearly marked on tank #144743.
1357666832 2013-01-08 Received a call from Gary VanDyke (tender) regarding a tank which ran over due to the recent snow and cold weather. One half of the storage tank is stained with oil as well as the ladder and there is staining on the ground around the tank. All oil is contained within the dike. Initial clean-up included removing pooled oil from the dike. Mr. Vandyke plans to clean the tank and ladder with solvent and use peat sorb with in the dike. Status: will continue to monitor. 9-1-07
