1270224903 2014-02-28 My inspection today is a follow-up inspection to Compliance Notice # 1393419182, which was issued for non-compliance of Chief's Order # 2014-43. My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The demco valve and the valve leading to the flow line on the wellhead are open. There is a domestic line producing off of the 4.5" casing. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank and a 50 BBL brine tank that is surrounded by a proper dike. The heat treated separator has the proper spacing. The flow line valve leading into the separator is currently open. The sales line valve leading out of the separator is currently open. The production chart in the separator shows the well is still being produced since my last inspection on 2-25-2014. The proper identification was located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The well is in production which is in non-compliance of Chief's Order # 2014-43. The well must be shut-in immediately.
