1394547904 2014-03-11 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. Two domestic gas lines came off the 4.5" casing. The well was surrounded by small pine trees. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 30 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The dike met containment requirements. An identification sign was proper posted on the stairs at the production tank. A bull plug was properly posted on the load line. There was a 7 day production chart at the separator. The lease road was in stable condition. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
