Electric line and pole(s) were also observed along the lease road and well site. A fiberglass tank, casing, rack, and debris will need to be removed.
-1924645263 2010-07-20 Called Mr. Bob Wray today, on his cell phone, at 9:35 a.m. and provided him with the contact information for the landowner of property containing delinquent final restoration. He was informed of two requirements: remove pipe racks and restore/or provide waiver for gravel lease road (from entrance to a "Y" location.) Emphasized to Mr. Wray the importance of completing this restoration to avoid further enforcement action being taken by the Division. Mr. Wray stated that he would get this taken care of for me. A courtesy notice for a non-related well in Morgan Co. requiring the casing to be cut and ID plate installed was also brought to Mr. Wray's attention. Mr. Wray acknowledged the well site and stated money had been paid to individual to perform the work. Note: During our conversation, Mr. Wray states that he no longer owns Circleville Oil & Gas; And company is in bad financial trouble and "will never shine."

The lease from entrance into property contains gravel to a location where the road splits. From the split to the well location the road has been reclaimed and vegetative growth is acceptable. A landowner waiver will be required for gravel portion of road.
