-1427357330 2012-11-07 I conducted a production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was in good condition. The tank battery had the proper dike and contained one, short profile, 100 barrel oil/brine storage tank and no identification sign. I noticed the 2" ball valve on the storage tank that had no bull plug. The separator was located east of the tank battery and in good working condition. I called Matt Kleese at 330-360-8055. I requested a new identification sign be posted at the tank battery and to install either a lock on the valve or bull plug. I will re-inspect by 11/19/2012.
